    Great place with its indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay, showing their dedication. Highly recommend for a comfortable visit! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    Very impressed by the excellent, attentive staff who made the stay all the more enjoyable. Although 10 minutes taxi drive from central Sofia, the hotel was perfectly situated in a quiet area.

    Dining at Maison was a revelation! The breakfasts boasted scrumptious hot dishes that left me salivating. Plus, the staff always had warm smiles and were eager to assist. The beautifully designed spa area was the cherry on top.

    the hotel was luxury and fairly clean with delightful views of the mountains. brand-new stylish room, complementary tea and coffee were appreciated. i found scrambled eggs, tea, bacon and coffee to be tasty. staying here for short stay was very good, totally recommendable.

    Chur, the spa was sweet as and staff heaps friendly! But breakfast was only okay, and not much to choose from. Still, overall a good stay!

    Good food,good facilities and the service and cleanliness were both excellent

    No complaints, although if it is a city break you want, then be aware that this hotel is about 2 to 3km from the centre or about 30minutes walk

    Generally very nice and comfortable hotel. Very good quality especialy cosidering its price.

    Only one thing: walls separating rooms are too weak. So, if your neighbour woke up at 6am and you want to sleep longer, you may be dissapointed.
